- Upon registration, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for inaccurate information.
3. Card Usage and Discounts
- Discounts are applicable only at participating providers listed in our network.
- An appointment is mandatory to avail discounts; it must be booked through our WhatsApp bot or support center at +91 9403890446.
- Discounts vary across services and may change periodically without notice. We advise confirming with the provider before utilizing the discount.
4. Payment and Subscription
- Subscription plans are billed annually. Fees are non-refundable once the card is activated.
- Payment details are encrypted and securely processed through our payment partners.
5. User Obligations
- Users agree to use the card solely for personal or family use and not for commercial purposes.
- Misuse or unauthorized distribution of the card may result in termination and legal action.
6. Limitations and Disclaimer
- We strive to maintain an accurate network list, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to all network providers or discounts.
- Best Care Health Card is not responsible for any healthcare outcomes. The card provides discounts but does not assure or affect the quality of services from providers.
7. Cancellation and Termination
- Users may cancel their subscription anytime, but fees will not be refunded.

- Liability for healthcare services provided by network members rests solely with the respective providers.
