The Best Care Health Card is a discount health membership program that provides members with access to pre-negotiated discounts at participating hospitals, diagnostic centers, pharmacies, and healthcare service providers.

2. Not an Insurance Product

The Best Care Health Card is NOT an insurance policy, nor is it a substitute for medical or health insurance.

  • No Financial Reimbursement – The card does not provide any cash reimbursement for medical expenses incurred.
  • No Insurance Coverage – The card does not offer any coverage for hospitalization, surgical procedures, or medical emergencies.
  • No Cashless Treatment Facility – Members cannot use the card for cashless transactions like traditional insurance policies. Instead, they can avail discounts on services at partner hospitals and providers.
  • No Third-Party Insurance Tie-Up – The Company does not act as an insurance provider, broker, or agent and does not represent any insurance company.

3. No IRDAI Regulation or Approval

The Best Care Health Card does not fall under the regulations of the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI) because it is not an insurance product. Therefore:

  • The company does not require an IRDAI license to sell the Best Care Health Card.
  • The product is not governed by IRDAI rules related to premium payments, policy renewals, or claim settlements.
  • Customers should not expect benefits like sum assured, claims processing, or reimbursements, as they would with an insurance policy.

4. Discounts and Partner Network

  • Discounts are provided directly by participating healthcare providers at their discretion. The Company does not guarantee uniform discounts across all locations.
  • The availability of discounts depends on individual provider agreements, and the Company is not responsible for any changes in pricing or service availability.
  • The list of partner hospitals, diagnostic centers, and pharmacies is subject to change. Members should confirm with the service provider before availing discounts.
  • The Company does not own or operate any of the healthcare providers offering discounts.

5. No Guarantee on Medical Services and Treatment

  • The Company is not responsible for the quality, safety, or outcome of any medical treatment, procedure, or healthcare service received using the Best Care Health Card.
  • The Company does not influence medical decisions made by hospitals, doctors, or healthcare providers.
  • Members are advised to conduct their own research before choosing a healthcare provider from the partner network.

6. Membership Fees and Refund Policy

  • The membership fee paid for the Best Care Health Card is non-refundable once the card is activated.
  • If a customer cancels before activation, a refund may be processed after deducting processing fees.
  • The membership validity and renewal terms will be displayed on the official website and communicated to customers at the time of purchase.

7. Compliance with Indian Laws

  • Pioneer Health Card Services Private Limited is legally registered under Indian corporate laws and operates in compliance with all relevant business regulations.
  • The Company follows fair business practices and does not misrepresent the benefits or limitations of the Best Care Health Card.

8. Limitation of Liability
